Surfing The Anxiety Wave
The Outer Limits of Inner Truth proudly presents a show about the psychical, psychological, and metaphysical aspects of anxiety. It features four fantastic experts who offer an abundance of helpful advice.
Experiencing occasional anxiety is a normal part of life. However, people with anxiety disorders frequently have intense, excessive and persistent worry and fear about everyday situations. Often, anxiety disorders involve repeated episodes of sudden feelings of intense anxiety and fear or terror that reach a peak within minutes (panic attacks).
These feelings of anxiety and panic interfere with daily activities, are difficult to control, are out of proportion to the actual danger and can last a long time. You may avoid places or situations to prevent these feelings. Symptoms may start during childhood or the teen years and continue into adulthood.
Examples of anxiety disorders include generalized anxiety disorder, social anxiety disorder (social phobia), specific phobias and separation anxiety disorder. You can have more than one anxiety disorder. Sometimes anxiety results from a medical condition that needs treatment.

Pat Longo
Pat Longo notes that we all know someone suffering from anxiety. It’s not only prevalent in adults, but now children and teenagers. And while anxiety can be caused by genetic, developmental, and environmental factors, there might be another source altogether – you might be an empath, and have intuitive gifts, a high level of perception and absorption of external energies.

THE GIFTS BENEATH YOUR ANXIETY (Citadel Press / Kensington Books; August 27, 2019: HC, $26.00), notes that believes that individuals suffering anxiety in all its manifests are actually perceiving, sensing, and experiencing external energies around them and do not have the tools to protect their own energies. In their state of heightened sensitivity, they can develop a constellation of anxious symptoms. Chronic anxiety, for many, can indicate that they possess and can discover and develop gifts of intuition and spirituality that can enhance your life and those around you.
