“From a spiritual perspective, there are no acts that are absolutely wrong or sinful. The deepest act of self-betrayal can lead someone into a state of inner clarity that may help forever. The darkest point may become the starting point for a new direction toward light. You see, spiritual evolution does not proceed in a linear fashion. It uses the polarities of light and dark to create dynamics and change.” – Unknown

Master Life Coach, Certified Spiritual Coach, and Certified Angel Tarot Card Reader. I have my masters degree in counseling and bachelors degree in psychology.

Tracey Fortner
Tracey Fortner is a 21-year veteran Nashville Firefighter/EMT, now retired. Being a quick-witted, joke-telling, laid-back guy, no one would have ever imagined he would do the unthinkable; until he shot himself in the head. His spiral into depression began about two years before his suicide attempt. Two handfuls of things led him into believing he couldn’t live another day. His story can only be described as a miracle; Divine Intervention spared his life, reminding Tracey that God had MUCH bigger plans for him! God has continued to work through Tracey; changing other’s hearts and minds about suicide, and reminding them that unconditional love and forgiveness do exist.

Shelly Lawson
The first time was 7 years ago. I had been contemplating it for some time. I did it the night we got home from a cruise, which is one of my favorite types of vacation, but I spent most of the week-long cruise doing the calculations in my head of how many decks up I needed to go in order to die on impact of the water. Then, I almost OD’d on the last night, which I now know wouldn’t have even killed me because I didn’t have near enough on me to kill me.
